Nesco Mfg., Inc. provides a one-year material warranty for the polyurethane material (from date of installation). If the polyurethane products should prove defective during this one-year period, then at Nescoís sole and absolutely discretionary option, it will be repaired or replacement part(s) furnished. Such replacement or refund is the sole remedy of the purchaser. Nesco Mfg., Inc. shall have no liability for direct or consequential damages to any installer, wholesaler or retailer that may arise from the use, installation or sale of any product it manufactures. Guarantee / Warranty is strictly limited to the products provided by Nesco Mfg., Inc. Any repair cost by other trades, before or after warranty work, is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects due to third party damage; misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance as described in ìMaintenance of Nesco Products.î This warranty does not cover faulty installation or defective products due to improper installation techniques. Use and or sale of the Product is deemed to be acceptance of this warranty in full. All other remedies are waived. Failure to follow manufacturerís recommended installation will void this warranty.
