1.
All orders must be submitted in writing on corporate purchase orders or
corporate contractual agreements.
2. Typically,
all orders require a 4 to 6 week lead-time.
However, where molds must be manufactured, additional
lead-time may be needed. Upon
receipt of order, verification of tentative ship date will be given.
3. All orders
require a 50% Deposit with balance due as product is produced or shipped,
based on a pro-rated amount.
4.
All tools and molds manufactured by Nesco Manufacturing, Inc.
remain the exclusive property of Nesco Manufacturing, Inc. unless prior
written agreements have been made
5.
Projects that are
not to be undertaken for ninety days beyond date of this quote may be adjusted
for an inflationary factor and will be based upon published government
indices.
6.
In the event of
cancellation of order, Nesco Manufacturing, Inc.
shall be reimbursed for all expenses incurred and/or materials
purchased with proper credits against deposits on hand.
7.
The prices and terms of this quotation are not subject to verbal
changes or other agreement (s) unless approved in writing by the Nesco
Manufacturing, Inc. corporate office. All
quotations and agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, fires,
availability of materials, acts of God and all other causes beyond our
control.
8.
Purchaser assumes liability for patent and copyright
infringement when goods are made to purchaserís specifications.
9.
When quotation specifies material to be furnished by the
purchaser, ample allowance must be made for reasonable spoilage and material
must be of suitable quality to facilitate efficient production. Nesco
Manufacturing, Inc. assumes no liability for delays incurred due to purchaser
provided materials.
10.
The terms of this agreement are with the General Contractor or
Organization represented by the signer. This
document and our payment conditions are not contingent upon payment to the
General Contractor or Organization by the project owner or developer.
11.
It will be assumed that the purchaser has provided accurate
dimensions for custom products. Therefore, no returns will be accepted on
custom products or any products that have been modified to purchaserís
specifications. If, at the sole discretion of Nesco Manufacturing, Inc. a
return of product is authorized, a ìrestockingî fee will be determined
based on product salability and deducted from the initial deposit or billed to
purchaserís account if applicable.
12.
Storage will be charged to customers on products that are not
shipped or picked up from the plant within SEVEN (7) days of ìWRITTEN NOTIFICATIONî, at a rate of $20.00
per day, per order.
13.
Conditions not specifically stated herein shall be governed by
established trade customs. Terms
inconsistent with those stated herein, which may appear on purchaserís
formal order, will not be binding on the seller.
14.
Manufacturing of material will not begin until Nesco
Manufacturing, Inc receives a signed copy of this Terms & Conditions page.
