Nescoís foam scuppers
should be attached to the metal scupper with rust resistant screws

It should be tight to the
brown coat or stucco (before paint)ónote: it is recommended that a good
quality adhesive be used to seal the scupper to the metal to prevent
backflow of water to the wall-- Acceptable adhesives are those with a
urethane base containing a petroleum solvent, such as Polyurethane Sealant
#6000 by Silicones Unlimited (available at Nesco Mfg.), ChemRex #948 by
ChemRex, Inc., Vulkem #116 by Tremco, PL Premium Construction Adhesive, PL
#200 or PL Polyurethane Sealant available at most Loweís & Home
Depot

If possible apply a few beads of adhesive to the outside of the metal
scupper before positioning the foam scupper
®
Attach the screws through
the scupper into the metal and pull the metal tight to the scupper wall
®
Using adhesive, caulk the
edges of the metal to restrict backflow of the water to the wall
®
Then caulk the back edge of
the foam to the wall and cover the screw heads
®
Paint as desired
