Rough Sawn Header Installation
                     

     ëLí shaped Exterior Header Installation:

      ®      Install after brown coat or stucco.

®      Measure and cut to fit

®      Dry position header

®      Set face-down and apply adhesive (Polyurethane Sealant #6000 by Silicones Unlimited available at Nesco; ChemRex #948 by ChemRex, Inc.; Vulkem #116 by Tremco; PL Premium Construction Adhesive, PL #200 OR PL Polyurethane Sealant available at Loweís & Home Depot) in a continuous bead 1î in from perimeter (See detail) along entire body of part.

®      Install screws at an upward angle (appropriate length to penetrate backing/framing by at least 1î) setting screws just below surface of header.

®      Bondo over and finish (see Nesco Products installation instructions)

   Fascia Header Installation 1î x height x length:

®      Apply to brown coat, stucco or other appropriate sub-strate and penetrate solid backing with screws by at least 1î

®      Measure and cut to fit

®      Dry position header

®      Apply adhesive in a continuous bead (1î in from perimeter) along entire perimeter

®      Install screws at an upward angle (appropriate length to penetrate backing/framing by at least 1î) setting screws just below surface of header.

®      Bondo over and finish (see Nesco Installation instructions)
